Several members of the NHC team have extensive operational experience from both small, privately owned hotel companies and major Scandinavian chains. We can thus assume the overall responsibilities of a hotel property in order to make a complete turnaround, to optimize, or simply to stabilize operations – depending on the situation.
Should the client need it, NHC can manage the pre-opening or take over phase, organizing everything from supplier negotiations, sales and distribution initiatives, staff takeover and organizational setup, etc.
NHC will either identify a new management team, establish a close collaboration with the existing team, or assume the management role ourselves, depending on the individual situation and client’s needs.

We are here to help our clients re-imagine their operations, to uncover growth opportunities and realise cost savings. Operations are closely monitored and continuously improved, while the client receives a weekly status on the hotel’s performance.
