Nordic Hotel Consulting advised Host Hotels & Resorts (HST) on the acquisition of the Sheraton Stockholm from the Blackstone Group. This transaction marked HST’s first acquisition in the Nordics. The hotel has 456 rooms and 15 meeting rooms spread across almost 10.000 sqm. The property is located in the vicinity of Stockholm’s Central Station.
