Zoku Copenhagen

Nordic Hotel Consulting advised NREP and Tetris A/S on the lease contract negotiations with Zoku for the exciting mixed-use development combining Woods Office space with the unique Zoku serviced apartment concept. The new Zoku Copenhagen will feature 160 lofts, constituting the largest Zoku property so far. The property is scheduled to open in 2020.
