Feasibility Study

Operator Search

Scandic Nørreport Copenhagen

Nordic Hotel Consulting has advised ATP Real Estate with the transformation of a Nørreport office building into a hotel. NHC has conducted an initial feasibility study and advised ATP on the operator search and contract negotiation. The process resulted in signing a long-term lease agreement with Scandic Hotels Group

Nørreport is one of the most attractive areas in central Copenhagen with a relatively low number of hotels creating an advantageous position for the hotel. The property will feature 100 rooms and a top-floor F&B outlet. Scandic Nørreport is expected to open in 2020.

“Nørreport has long been a sought-after area with relatively few hotels. The new hotel will be an excellent complement to our Copenhagen portfolio. The innovative design will truly stand out, and we look forward to the opening.”

Søren Faerber, Head of Scandic Denmark
