Radisson Blu Sky Tallinn
Nordic Hotel Consulting acted as exclusive advisor to Galaren Invest and Event Hotel Group on the sale of Radisson Blu Sky Hotel Tallinn to a fund managed by EfTEN Capital for €46 million.
The hotel is located in a 24-storey building adjacent to 3.000 sqm office building. It features 280 guest rooms, a roof-top restaurant and bar, a spa and multifunctional meeting facilities. In 2018, Radisson Blu Sky Hotel won the title of Estonia’s Leading Business Hotel at World Travel Awards.
