Nordic Hotel Consulting advised the owner and developer Barings on an initial feasibility study, operator search and contract negotiations for a 6.000 meters square hotel building in Kaartinkaupunki, an area in the heart of Helsinki.
The Hotel U14 became the first Nordic hotel to be part of the Autograph Collection by Marriott International. This 117-room boutique hotel offers meeting rooms, a restaurant, cocktail bar, sauna and gym. Hotel U14 welcomed its first guests in March 2020.
