Four Seasons Copenhagen

We are beyond proud to announce that Nordic Hotel Consulting has acted as exclusive hotel advisor for the real estate owner, represented by Thylander and KanAm Grund Group, securing the contract for the upcoming Four Seasons hotel project in Laksegade Kvarteret, a land-mark mixed-use development in the heart of Copenhagen.

The transformation of the historic former Danske Bank headquarters at Holmens Kanal and Laksegade will create a new unique destination, bringing together hospitality, offices, retail and public spaces in one of Copenhagen’s most iconic locations. The development will open up a previously closed part of the city after nearly 150 years.

The future Four Seasons hotel represents another important milestone for Copenhagen’s hospitality market and further strengthens the city’s position as a leading European destination.
