Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers
Nordic Hotel Consulting advised Niam AB on the acquisition of Copenhagen Towers/Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers providing commercial due diligence analysis. The complex was sold for more than 2 billion DKK, making it one of the largest completed transactions in Denmark in 2019. The transaction was acquired by Niam Nordic VII fund – the largest real estate fund in the Nordics.
Copenhagen Towers is a landmark complex in Ørestad, a sought-after location close to the Copenhagen Airport. The complex offers three office buildings along with a hotel building. The 366-room hotel is branded under Crowne Plaza, and since its opening in 2009, it has been awarded multiple times the World’s Greenest Hotel and the Most Cutting-Edge Green Hotel in the world. Due to its location, it is a popular business hotel in Copenhagen offering various services and facilities, including extensive meeting spaces.
