Bob W. Stockholm

NHC is proud to have advised Altira AB in the operator search for their property Oxen Mindre, located in the city centre of Stockholm. A lease agreement has been signed with Bob W., marking it their first property in Sweden. The takeover is set for January 2025, after which the property will undergo renovations and an expansion of its room count before reopening.
