Kuglegården

Nordic Hotel Consulting advised Byggeselskab Mogens de Linde on a feasibility study, operator search and contract negotiations on the new 294-room Nobis Hotel in Holmen, Copenhagen.

The hotel will be located in Kuglegården - an exclusive historic waterfront location in the heart of Copenhagen. The building was built by a leading architect Phillip de Lange in 1742 for the Danish Navy. Until recently, the property had always been owned by the Defence and Intelligence Services. In 2017, Byggeselskab Mogens de Linde started to re-develop the area into a modern hub, allowing the hotel to become a part of a new exciting urban space.

The 15.000 square meters hotel will mark Nobis Hospitality Group’s second hotel in Copenhagen, and it will include a spa, a restaurant, a bar, meeting rooms and event facilities. The hotel is planned to open in winter 2023.
